Zero, by design
Syfr is the Arabic word for zero. For us, zero means no fluff and no frills: nothing between you and an excellent cup. We kept the list short and the standard high, and built one small cart, wool white and wood, quiet enough for a wedding and quick enough for an office morning.

Roots in coffee country
Our family's coffee story runs through Kenya, where some of the world's best beans grow and where we have walked the farms ourselves. That connection sets the bar for what goes in the hopper.
The standard
Every drink starts with a fresh dose, weighed and timed. If something is not right, we make it again. That is the whole policy.
