Pricing
Published. From $8.00 per guest with a live visual calculator, automatic volume pricing, and every add-on shown before you inquire. Most of the market makes you request a quote to learn anything.
Travel fees
$0 within the City of Toronto and a flat $75 anywhere else in the GTA, shown before you book.
Gratuity and surcharges
None, ever. Some competitors add 3% gratuity at checkout. Your Syfr quote plus HST is the entire bill.
Staffing
Two baristas at every booking, included, with the count in writing. Many quotes in this market leave barista count ambiguous until you ask.
Capacity
Up to 70 made-to-order drinks an hour per bar, and a published big-event structure: two bars and four baristas from 500 guests. We publish throughput because we can stand behind it.

What we are not
We are not the cheapest per-guest number in the GTA and do not intend to be; the operators competing on rock-bottom rates make it back on travel fees and gratuity lines. We are also not a franchise: one cart, one standard, built by three siblings who answer their own email.
