Mobile Coffee Cart Hamilton
Hamilton's venue scene has outgrown its commute: converted mills, escarpment view halls, and a downtown full of studios. Most Toronto coffee carts charge heavily to get there. Syfr serves Hamilton at the flat GTA rate, with the same two-barista bar we run downtown.
The espresso bar starts at $8.00 per guest with a $1,200 minimum covering up to 150 guests.

Hamilton areas we cover

Escarpment and rural-edge venues sometimes run limited power; the cart operates fully off a single standard outlet and we confirm the setup with your venue in advance.

What the Syfr coffee cart is
A Syfr coffee cart is a full espresso bar on wheels, not a folding table with an urn. The wool-white cart carries everything for service on board. It rolls through standard double doors, needs a level spot about 3 by 2 metres, and sets up in about 30 minutes. One standard outlet runs the whole bar, which matters in converted mills and escarpment halls where power is sparse.
Every booking comes with two baristas. One bar serves up to 70 made-to-order drinks an hour: espresso, lattes, flat whites, and the signatures. A standard booking covers up to three hours of service, and setup, service, and pack-down arrive as one booking, not three line items. When a Hamilton guest list passes 500, we bring a second bar and two more baristas instead of slowing down.
Renting the cart starts at $8.00 per guest with a $1,200 minimum that covers up to 150 guests. Matcha service is $9.00 per guest and full event branding is $11.00. A flat $150 deposit holds the date, travel across the GTA is a flat $75, there is no gratuity line, and the rate drops 15 percent from 500 guests and 25 percent from 1,000.
Hamilton is where the cart works hardest: industrial-venue weddings in converted mills, corporate days downtown, and fundraisers from Westdale to Stoney Creek. The service window runs around your program, including the post-dinner espresso hour. The travel fee is the same flat $75 Syfr charges everywhere in the GTA, whether the venue sits in Ancaster, Dundas, or on the mountain.
The full breakdown is on the packages and pricing page, and venue questions are covered on the FAQ.
