A flat $150 deposit holds your date. The balance is due on event day. Quotes stay valid for 14 days. Travel is $0 within Toronto, $75 elsewhere in the GTA, and $175 for supported cities outside the GTA within a two-hour drive. There is no gratuity line. Ever. The price you see is the price you pay, plus HST.

No. It needs a level 3 by 2 metre spot and clears standard gates. Backyard bookings are some of our favourites.
What does a small private event cost?
The espresso bar minimum is $1,200 and covers events of up to 150 guests, including two baristas and up to three hours. A flat $150 deposit confirms an available date, and there is no gratuity or service fee.
Do you need power outside?
One standard outlet covers the full setup. Where there is none, we arrange a quiet generator in advance.
Can you serve non-coffee drinkers?
Yes: teas, hot chocolate, and iced options are part of the menu, so every guest has something in hand.
What about weather?
The canopy handles sun and light rain. For heavy weather we help you move service indoors or rebook without drama.
