A flat $150 deposit holds your date. The balance is due on event day. Quotes stay valid for 14 days. Travel is $0 within Toronto, $75 elsewhere in the GTA, and $175 for supported cities outside the GTA within a two-hour drive. There is no gratuity line. Ever. The price you see is the price you pay, plus HST.

Can you invoice the company?
Yes. Corporate invoicing is standard, quotes stay valid 14 days, and the deposit is a flat $150 with the balance due on event day.
How much space does the bar need in an office?
A level 3 by 2 metre area and, ideally, a standard outlet. Boardrooms, lobbies, and atriums all work; we confirm details with building management ahead of time.
Can you brand the service for our event?
Yes. The standard white cart carries Syfr branding. Full event branding adds your logo and colours to a removable 36 by 24 inch printed panel, cups or cup labels, a menu card and the drinks themselves with a digital coffee printer. The panel is a separate durable sign, not a vinyl wrap. We send a proof for approval and confirm production timing after booking.
How many people can you serve at a conference?
One bar with two baristas serves up to 70 drinks an hour. From 500 guests we run two bars and four baristas at a published 15% volume discount.
Do you do recurring office service?
Yes, several clients book monthly or quarterly. Recurring dates hold the same published rates and get priority scheduling.
