Everything people ask before booking
The whole FAQ in one place: pricing, capacity, venues, weather, branding, and the booking terms. If your question is not here, the quote form has a notes field and a human on the other end.

Booking and dates
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most dates. Peak Saturdays in summer and December book earlier. Closer dates are often possible, so ask; we confirm availability within a day.
How do I hold a date?
A flat $150 deposit holds any date, paid when you book. The balance is due on event day, and quotes stay valid for 14 days.
Can we cancel or move the date?
Up to 7 days before the event the deposit is fully refundable. Inside 7 days we rebook you to a new date instead.
Do you serve more than one event a day?
We schedule so every booking gets its full service window plus setup and pack-down buffers. Your window is yours.
Pricing
What does the coffee cart cost?
The espresso bar starts at $8.00 per guest with a $1,200 minimum covering up to 150 guests. Add matcha for $9.00 per guest total, or fully brand the cart, cups and latte foam for $11.00 per guest total. Two baristas, up to three hours, setup and pack-down are included, and every option is in the live calculator.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, and they are published: 15% off list rate from 500 guests (with a second bar and four baristas) and 25% off from 1,000 guests.
Is there a travel fee?
$0 within Toronto, $75 elsewhere in the GTA, and $175 for supported cities outside the GTA within a two-hour drive. Enter your city in the calculator to confirm it instantly.
Do you add gratuity or service charges?
Never. There is no gratuity line and no service charge. Your quote plus HST is the whole bill.
What about small gatherings?
Yes. The $1,200 espresso bar minimum covers events of up to 150 guests, so you see the price immediately instead of waiting for a custom small-event quote.

Small footprint, full service
Every venue is different, but the cart is designed around the same straightforward setup. A level spot, a little room to work, and we take care of the rest.
The service
What drinks do you serve?
Espresso, lattes, flat whites, and Syfr signatures like the saffron latte and cardamom cold brew, hot and iced, plus teas and hot chocolate. The full menu is served at every booking.
How fast can you serve a crowd?
Up to 70 made-to-order drinks an hour per bar with two baristas. From 500 guests we run two bars and four baristas so the line never becomes the event.
Do you offer oat or almond milk?
Yes. Alternative milks are available at every booking and included when you add matcha or full event branding.
Can you make decaf?
Yes, ask when you book and we stock it for your event.
Is everything made on site?
Yes. Every espresso drink is pulled on a commercial machine at your venue, weighed and timed. Cold brew is steeped 18 hours ahead, then finished to order.
Logistics and venues
What does the cart need from the venue?
A level spot about 3 by 2 metres. A standard outlet helps but is not required; where there is no power at all we arrange a quiet generator in advance.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes. We arrive ahead of your service window and pack down after it, and neither is billed as service time.
Does the cart work indoors and outdoors?
Both. Indoors it needs a doorway and an elevator at most. Outdoors the canopy covers sun and light rain, and heavy weather means moving indoors or rebooking without a fee fight.
Can the cart go up an elevator?
Yes, it is built to fit standard freight and passenger elevators, and we coordinate dock and elevator timing with building management for tower events.
Which cities do you serve?
All of Toronto and the GTA: Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Hamilton, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Caledon and beyond, out to Orangeville and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Each city has its own page with local details.
Branding and extras
Can you brand the cart for our company or wedding?
Yes. The standard white cart displays Syfr branding. Full event branding adds a removable 36 by 24 inch printed panel to the front, plus branded cups or cup labels, a coordinated menu card and a digital coffee printer for the latte foam. It is a separate durable sign, not a vinyl wrap. Weddings can use names, a monogram and event colours; corporate events can use supplied logos, brand colours and artwork. We send a proof for approval and confirm production timing after booking.
What add-ons exist?
Matcha latte station $180, extra service hour $250, extra barista $180, coffee printer $400, an additional printed brand panel $250, and an iced tea and lemonade stand from $500. All published, all optional.
Can florals be added to the cart?
Yes, the front rail is made for garlands. Your florist dresses it, or we can arrange florals as part of the booking.
