Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what we need to quote and run your event, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you request a quote or join the waitlist we collect what you type into the form: typically your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and event details such as the date, city, venue, and guest count. Our website also collects standard technical information such as pages visited, in aggregate, to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare your quote, plan and deliver your event, and send you the booking communications you would expect. If you join the waitlist we send the update you signed up for. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we only send commercial email where we have your consent or another basis permitted under Canadian anti-spam legislation, always with a way to unsubscribe.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored with our service providers, which currently include our website host (Vercel) and our database provider (Supabase, hosted in Canada Central). Providers process data on our behalf and under their own security programs.
How long we keep it
Quote and event records are kept as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email hello@syfrcoffee.com and we will handle it directly.
