Every booking includes two baristas and up to 70 made-to-order drinks an hour. Past 500 guests we run two bars and four baristas.

A flat $150 deposit holds your date. The balance is due on event day. Quotes stay valid for 14 days. Travel is $0 within Toronto, $75 elsewhere in the GTA, and $175 for supported cities outside the GTA within a two-hour drive. There is no gratuity line. Ever. The price you see is the price you pay, plus HST.

How much does a wedding coffee cart cost in the GTA?
From $8.00 per guest with a $1,200 minimum covering up to 150 guests. A flat $150 deposit confirms an available date, and events past 500 guests take 15% off, 25% from 1,000.
When during the wedding should the espresso bar run?
Post-dinner is the favourite: a 2 to 3 hour window as dinner ends and dancing starts, timed to your program.
What does the venue need, and can you serve outdoors?
A level spot about 3 by 2 metres; an outlet helps but is not required. The canopy covers sun and light rain, and for heavy weather we rebook without a fee fight.
Is gratuity added to wedding bookings?
No. There is no gratuity line on any Syfr booking, and the price you see is the price you pay, plus HST.
