Which events book the cart
The service and the price are the same in all three.
Three rooms book this cart: weddings for the reception, offices for team mornings and client days, private hosts for birthdays and backyard gatherings. Each room has its own page: wedding coffee catering, corporate coffee catering and private event coffee catering.
The price is published before you ask: $8.00 per guest to start, a $1,200 minimum covering up to 150 guests, and a flat $150 deposit. The packages and pricing page shows what each bar level adds.

How many guests can the cart serve?
One bar with two baristas serves up to 70 drinks an hour, comfortable for events up to about 500 guests over a 2 to 3 hour window. Past 500 we bring a second bar and two more baristas.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel is $0 within Toronto, $75 elsewhere in the GTA, and $175 for supported cities outside the GTA within a two-hour drive. Enter your city in the calculator to confirm the service area before you continue.
