It needs a level 3 by 2 metre spot, clears standard gates, and sets up in about 30 minutes. A standard outlet helps where one is nearby, and the cart carries its own water where one is not, so the house never becomes a service corridor. The canopy handles sun and light rain without borrowing your tent, and heavier weather gets a plan agreed with you in advance.
Small enough for a backyard and complete enough for a 300 guest hall, the structure does not change between them. Two baristas come with every booking and pour espresso, lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos, and the signatures made to order, at up to 70 drinks an hour per bar. A standard booking covers up to three hours of service with setup and pack-down included as one line. Anniversary parties run evening windows and fundraisers run morning ones; the bar serves both at the same published rate. Past 500 guests, a second bar and two more baristas join at 15 percent off the list rate.
Durham travels flat: $75 anywhere in the GTA, Ajax included, with no waterfront premium and no backyard discount needed, because the rate is already the rate. Espresso service is $8.00 per guest with a $1,200 minimum covering up to 150 guests, matcha service is $9.00, and full event branding is $11.00. A flat $150 deposit holds the date, quotes stay valid for 14 days, and the balance is due on event day. There is no gratuity line, ever, and HST is the only addition.
