Mobile Coffee Cart Oshawa

Oshawa hosts more events than any coffee cart company has bothered to serve properly: campus events at Ontario Tech and Durham College, lakefront weddings, and corporate mornings across the automotive corridor. Syfr covers all of it at the flat GTA rate.

The espresso bar starts at $8.00 per guest with a $1,200 minimum covering up to 150 guests.

What arrives

What every booking includes

The essentials are the service, not upsells. The full menu, two baristas, and the numbers we publish before you ever ask.

  • Up to 70 made-to-order drinks an hour per bar
  • Published pricing with a flat $150 deposit
  • $0 Toronto, $75 GTA, $175 nearby cities
  • No gratuity line, no hidden extras
  • Setup, service, and full pack-down as one booking

A flat $150 deposit holds your date. The balance is due on event day. Quotes stay valid for 14 days. There is no gratuity line. Ever. The price you see is the price you pay, plus HST.

The cart itself

What the Syfr coffee cart is

Oshawa events run big and practical: campus gatherings at Ontario Tech and Durham College, staff days along the automotive corridor, and lakefront celebrations at halls that know how to move a crowd. The cart fits the logistics of all three. It is elevator-friendly, rolls through standard double doors or a loading dock, sets up in about 30 minutes on a level 3 by 2 metre spot, and runs the full bar from one standard outlet. Where a venue has no convenient power, we plan around it in advance; nothing about the setup requires a rebuild of the room.

Large guest lists are the reason the structure is published. One bar with two baristas serves up to 70 made-to-order drinks an hour, comfortable for events up to about 500 guests across a 2 to 3 hour window. Past 500, a second bar and two more baristas arrive automatically, and the list rate drops 15 percent. From 1,000 guests the discount is 25 percent. A standard booking covers up to three hours of service with setup and pack-down included, and the window flexes around your program, whether that is a morning convocation pour or an evening lakefront reception.

Pricing starts at $8.00 per guest with a $1,200 minimum covering up to 150 guests, matcha service is $9.00 per guest, and full event branding is $11.00. A flat $150 deposit holds the date and comes off the final total, the balance is due on event day, and quotes stay valid for 14 days. Travel across the GTA is a flat $75 with no city surcharge, and there is no gratuity line at any volume. HST is the only addition. Every one of those numbers is on the pricing page, which is deliberate: a staff appreciation budget should survive contact with a committee.

Downtown Oshawa, Lakeview, Northglen, Samac, and Kedron all book on the same terms, and campus, corporate, and community events run on the same rate card. The estimate tool on the site calculates your number instantly, the quote form takes about two minutes, and availability is confirmed by email within a day. Building requirements, dock timing, and power access get settled with the venue before event day, so a 600 person staff day and a 150 person lakeside wedding start the same way: with the bar already running when the first guest arrives.

The full breakdown is on the packages and pricing page, and venue questions are covered on the FAQ.
