Drink menu and branding. A straight espresso bar costs less to run than one pouring matcha and seasonal lattes or wrapped in your branding with a coffee printer.

Travel distance. Toronto is free. Elsewhere in the GTA it's a flat $75. Supported cities outside the GTA, up to a two-hour drive, are a flat $175.

Service duration. Every booking includes up to three hours; each extra hour is a published $250.

What's actually included in the price?

You're paying for the cart, two professional baristas, up to three hours of service, espresso equipment, beans, milk, cups, delivery, setup, and pack-down. No gratuity line on the invoice. No service charge. Zero. Only HST is added.

What the price does NOT include

A coffee cart is not a full beverage program. Here's where it stops.

No alcohol service. No meals. Pastries are the one exception: a La Bamboche selection adds $4.75 to $7.25 per guest with a 50-piece minimum. Full food service belongs to your caterer.

Hour four onward is a published $250 per extra hour, not a surprise.

The service area has an edge too. Toronto and the GTA are standard, supported cities outside the GTA book at the flat $175 fee, and beyond a two-hour drive we're not the right vendor.
